Sameera Reddy strutted down the ramp in this ruffled dress for Designer duo Falguni and Shane Peacock. I'm on the fence bout this one. Between the neckpiece and the bedazzled sleeve(is that a sleeve??) i'm not sure if i like the outfit. There was too much going on with the embellished top half and the ruffles in itself. there was no need for that heavy neckpiece and that sleeve. Help me here someone..
